It is the responsibility of each pet owner to ensure that their dog is properly vaccinated and has valid pet insurance. These are mandatory requirements in order to proceed with grooming services and are essential in the event that a claim must be filed with our insurance. Owners must verify that these requirements are met prior to booking or receiving our services.
If your dog has previously shown any signs of aggression, regardless of the circumstances, staff must be informed.
If your dog snaps at water or air, or chases mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, etc., please notify staff in advance.
If your dog has any medical condition, illness, allergy, or behavioral issue, you must inform the staff prior to grooming.
If your dog has fleas or has been showing signs of flea infestation (e.g., excessive scratching or biting), this must be disclosed.
If you cannot run a comb through your dog’s coat, staff cannot be expected to leave any length on the coat. In such cases, the coat will be clipped short.
Knots and matting will not be combed out. Under the DEFRA Welfare Act 2007, if it is not possible to brush the dog without causing stress or discomfort, the coat will be clipped off. Continuing to brush in these conditions may be considered animal cruelty.
We will not be held responsible for any rashes, red marks, or skin irritation that may result from clipping matted or unkempt coats.
Dogs are unpredictable and may make sudden movements. Although we take every precaution and the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur during grooming.
Your dog must be on a lead when handed over to staff.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the grooming fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the grooming fee.
As a mobile grooming service, we may be affected by traffic, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. While we always strive to attend your appointment on time, there may be occasions where rescheduling or cancellation is necessary.
We prioritize your dog’s well-being and safety above all else. We will not rush the grooming process to meet the next appointment. If we are running late, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Estimates are based on an average coat condition for the breed. Dogs requiring extra time, effort, or treatment (e.g., due to matting) may incur additional charges.
Dogs are accepted for grooming only after the owner (or responsible guardian) has signed to acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time.
If we groom your dog without a signed agreement, by proceeding with the service you are deemed to have accepted all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
